Concierge service on steroids. I have never felt more on vacation than I did at this all-inclusive resort. I was greeted by name and with a glass of champagne as I entered the grand lobby. I was introduced to the butler that was assigned to my floor and escorted to the concierge desk on my reserved floor. There I was offered more champagne and checked in to our room. We walked just a few steps to our ocean and lagoon view suite and fell in love; I was home. I was greeted every morning by my butler with a mango mojito (I did not request it, they were that attentive) and we had turn down service daily. When they saw us leave dolled up, they decorated the room with a bottle of wine on ice, rose petals, and balloons. I did not life a finger and had all my needs and wants anticipated. It truly gets no better.
